Laurna – Not on that proposal, regrettably. I was on/off sick for 6 months afterwards, though, and attributed it to the over-the-top effort. So we instituted the new rules on the next proposal, and it really did help. People started monitoring each other, instead of (unconsciously?) trying to outdo each other in hours worked.
