My Memoirs
I invite you to help me make a difference by buying my latest book. All my royalties are going to Food Banks Canada to help with the problem of food insecurity, made even worse by this pandemic.

I can definitely see your progress in your push-ups! You are much more solid in your core now. As well, Iām very happy to see your physiology approach has changed. The new exercises look promising. How long have you been working with the new approach to balancing the sides?
Heather – Thank you. That’s great. I’m always surprised by how much an observer with some knowledge sees (as opposed to what I see). My trainer can tell by watching my “plank step-outs” from above me and from several feet away whether I have my core “set.” As for the new approach, a few months. Maybe since September?
Hi Isabel,
I agree with Heather that I think the improvement in form in your pushups is very clear. You are much more stable, and your neck is straighter, which is hard to remember to do. Great work overall and thanks for the update!
Lorna
Lorna – š Thanks! I did notice that my head has stopped trying to help, which might be the same thing as having a straight neck. It’s good to have some video to compare, because every day it feels just as hard.
