Poetry of the Week
O, to take what we love inside,
to carry within us an orchard, to eat
not only the skin, but the shade,
not only the sugar, but the days, to hold
the fruit in our hands, adore it, then bite into
the round jubilance of peach.Read the whole poem, here.
It's just a tad more lyrical than my haiku:
Purveyed in plastic,
Peachy, bite-sized flesh. Peaches?
Maybe. But no ice.Posted: May 10
Article of the Week

P.S.
I thought about trying to do something cute with this. It doesn’t need it. P.S. I, like Aurelio, would like to see changes made soon.
